Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds or returns on purchases of eBooks, online courses, or newsletter subscriptions once they have been accessed or downloaded. However, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Physical Products

For physical products (if applicable):

a) Returns: You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs.

b) Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.

Refund and return requests will be considered under the following circumstances:

c) For physical products, we will issue a full refund, minus original shipping costs, once we receive the returned item in its original condition.

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing cycle.

For returns of physical products, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
