In twilight gentle, whispering shade, The shadows dance, the sunlight fades, With each breath, the earth does sigh, Beneath the vast and endless sky. Among the peaks where eagles soar, The ancient rocks, they tell their lore, Whispers of the past echo near, In the stillness, all becomes clear. Soft winds carry tales of old, Of courage fierce, and warriors bold, In secret trails and hidden glens, The spirit roams, and never ends. Beneath the stars, cold and bright, The hearth feels warm, a guiding light, Stories woven in the fires glow, Teach us all we need to know. Moonlit rivers, wild and free, Flowing to the endless sea, Their journeys rhyme with our own, To seek, to find, to be alone. The cedar trees, ancient and wise, Reach upward, touching moonlit skies, They whisper truths to those who hear, In their embrace, we lose our fear. Fields of sage, fragrant and true, Hold a scent of morning dew, Each leaf a page in natures tome, Guiding wanderers back home. In unity with earth and sky, Our souls soar, our spirits fly, Through the land where we belong, We walk the path, forever strong. ~Copyright Randy Salars
